Overall, I’d rate this clinic about 4.5/5 stars. I’m very happy with the care Honey received. The location is convenient, the pricing is fair, and everyone I met was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Elly was highly professional and did an excellent job with Honey’s surgery. Very thoughtful and compassionate staff
Pleasant experience! They let you go back to the bigger room where they do blood draws etc, which was helpful with my shy cat. Staff has a really nice friendly vibe. Transparent with pricing too.
We always receive great care at this clinic. They have been very helpful with my anxious dog.
They are very disorganized. Every time we went there we had to see a different person, and we'd get conflicting information. You get emails reminding you of appointments you don't have, and they randomly schedule appointments for you that you don't need and charge you exorbitantly for them. They also overschedule which leads to long wait times when you do bring your pet in, which can be very unpleasant. I don't recommend them
