This was the worst experience I've ever had buying a vehicle....don't make the same mistake. They lied about issues with the vehicle, documents regarding service history disappeared from the sales/warranty file after purchase. After I identified a safety issue (Leaking exhaust manifold) they made it seem like I was inconveniencing them. They did eventually fix it however expected me to pay for a rental. You can't sell a vehicle with this issue.
The job on my boat was very poor. the new ignition was not tightened and spun 360degrees and my battery that started my motor first time after sitting all winter doesn’t hold a charge now. Service manager said they checked it but they obviously didn’t since the battery was completely dead when we picked it up.No apologies and will SELL me a new battery because they ruined mine and wasted a morning since we had to return it to get the job done right that should have been corrected before ever leaving the shop!
Olympic service has been such a huge help for me!! I had a leak in my tire, that caused me to have to fill it up every 2 weeks. I took it in, and they got it fixed up super quickly and I’ve had no issues since! They were easy to deal with, nice and very accommodating with the price! Thank you olympic!
I had such a great experience at Olympic Supercenter! From the moment I walked in, the receptionists made me feel welcome they were so friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. When it came to looking at units, Mateo was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I had without making me feel rushed or pressured.
