I was being seen for my shoulder pain at this site and I like to say all of the therapists working with me was great to work with but the front desk staff is not very helpful they are sometimes rude and doesn’t always explain things well. After my first visit they booked all of my appointments way out and gave me the list. I have been to this clinic many times over the years for frozen shoulder. I am one of the lucky people that got it in both shoulders. The doctors, therapists and staff are all wonderful. I would highly recommend dry needling if you have muscular skeletal problems as it’s helped me have much better range of motion. Thanks team!

Lady named Sam calls me as says something about refer for massage therapy asking about my insurance says they don't accept it ok 93$ I said I have a plan that does pay she argues way rude doesn't wanna listen says she 5yrs experience i was agitated so I said good by mabey you could use a update on your knowledge I will find a different place thank you. Rude and ignorant I will definitely let my Dr clinic manager know to ma wy have them taken off there referral list.........
