Such empathetic and capable therapists, plus the offer of heat or ice after every session!
Be careful about this place, they will falsely tell you that your insurance covers it 100% multiple times and then you will get a huge bill half a year later for thousands of dollars. When I called the billing office, they told me my insurance is saying out of network (after I finished PT sessions completely) and that they were supposed to be charging me a $70 copay and they had only charged me $45 each time.
Covington OSS is a great place for rehab! Attentive, knowledgeable physical therapists, lots of equipment for stretching and exercise. Front staff very welcoming. Would highly recommend.
The entire service was wonderful. Everyone was very nice, especially Emma, Kevin, and Sarah. They were my therapists. Thank you very much.
