OSS is amazing! My kids and I have a genetic disorder and they have been nothing be wonderful to work with every time we come see them, which is a lot. Special shout out to Tracy in billing! She's chipper and kind. Went above and beyond to get me the information I needed, and I actually looked forward to calling back and paying my bill because I knew I'd get to talk to her and start my day with a cheery hello. Going to be a long great rant/review- so buckle up! Cliff notes: The place is amazing- People are amazing! So let's be real. You are going to physical therapy most likely because you are hurt, healing, recovering, etc. If you don't care about listening and doing what they say- why waste your time and theirs? Everyone here is amazing- from the front desk (Michelle and Bridget) to the people who put ice or heat on you (Kylee & Mccaulley) .
