I am disappointed with the Covington office. They Do NOT call you back. I’ve called numerous times to talk to someone about getting my child’s services as well as the patient dashboard and they still have yet to call back. Finding out that a lot of patients go through the same issue with them. I get they can be busy however to not call someone back at all is unacceptable.
It was a great experience they were helpful, friendly. Willing to go out of their way to make sure you were comfortable. It was a clean up to date office.
Great Staff. really care about there patients!
