I had a Rotator cuff surgery Nov2022 at a different location. Nothing bad to say about them but nothing special to say. I had a knee replacement Oct2023 and a Spinal fusion surgery Feb2025. Both followed by many PT appointments at this location. EVERY time I have been here I get greeted warmly. The front desk is friendly and efficient. At times busy with the phones but always acknowledge me. All PT specialists are focused on ME and my needs. Have given me exercises to do at home and add & delete as my progress dictates. I had a workplace back injury and referred here for about two months. Very kind and knowledgeable staff who hell you to work towards your goals inside abd outside of the clinic.
Great experience during my job injury rehabilitation. I have seen other reviews with some low scores, everybody is entitled to their opinion and comments, this one is my personal experience… Staff has been friendly and had me feel welcome, Shelly in the reception area has been patient when scheduling my different appointments for either massage and/or PT, she has been helpful accommodating the appointments to fit my schedule and also by calling me if there was an opening where they could squeeze me in.
