DO NOT GO HERE I had knee replacement surgery my dr referred me to go there I called to cancel my appointment because my daughter came to visit me and she went to the store but took lil to long and plus she had my keys. From the front desk to the physical therapy, to the massage therapy, Olympic has been fantastic! I've been coming here for 6 months so far, before & after surgery, & they've been not only imperative to my recovery but also have made it enjoyable! Thank you to everyone who I've met here so far!
Only if I can give them a rating of 0, I would. I am not thrilled with this place because of a few reasons. First off, the front desk customer service has been blatantly disrespectful on multiple occasions. 1. One front desk customer service representative stated that there is no appointment opening for the next 3 weeks; however, another front desk customer service representative managed to book me in within a few minutes after the other front desk employee stated that there was no appointment open. 2.
