Four years ago I had knee replacement surgery and completed my physical therapy at Olympic Sports and Spine, Hollycroft, Gig Harbor. Excellent therapy! I have had no issues with my knee, walk 4 times a week without pain or problems. Highly recommend them.
after knee surgery the doctor required therapy three days a week. first week to 10 days critical for a great outcome. Starting 5 days post operation. I scheduled out 14 days starting day six. Than I get a call that they needed to cancel first day with no back plan for that day. And my next visit would have been 4 days later. Not happy at all.
I'm giving three stars because the job was done in terms of my physical therapy. Lost two stars on customer service. I was treated as though I had no business being there despite my doctor referring me here.
