Jeff Sala is an excellent hand OT specialist. All the staff are helpful and courteous. Scheduling and check-ins are a breeze.
Terrible scheduling experience. They canceled my appointments multiple times due to their own reasons, then only offered dates weeks even months away, making treatment inconsistent and unhelpful. The last straw was canceling my final appointment again. When I expressed my disappointment and chose to cancel, I later received a discharge summary that falsely blamed me for all the cancellations—written in a rude and unprofessional tone.
