Wide selection of rocks. JC manning the counter was super nice, easy to talk to. Slight delivery problem at first but Dom, manager, made up for it and made personal delivery of my rocks himself.
Owner is rude, told him I would come check out his products this weekend, told me no need to come and that “I’d be wasting his time”. Can’t even give a proper estimate for install or just buying it and diy. Just assumes I’m lowballing when we never even got a price. Go elsewhere people. Shady guy as seen on other reviews
I found a better deal on ecology blocks through Olympic rockeries. Unfortunately I went with this company and I wish I would’ve paid more to go elsewhere. It took multiple phone calls emails text to make a purchase to give this company money. In fact, Shinda acknowledge that his service was bad and advise me that he was giving me an extra ecology block for free due to the hassle. We’ve had Olympic Rockeries do two repairs to our older retaining walls. For both repairs, Shinda was on time, communicated clearly, and he and his team got the work done quickly. We’re very happy with the results and trust that our new walls will last!
