I’ve been dealing with this business for almost 5 years and it’s been a nightmare. They have deceptive business practices, improperly installed sump pumps, then later stopped taking my calls for correcting their error even though there’s a lifetime warranty. They installed sump pumps to catch water but they installed them a few inches above ground which means the water can’t get to it. Save yourself a headache, stress, and financial loss. Two gentlemen came out to place Radon detectors in our home on 2/25. Nice guys, but little knowledge of radon systems; they were "just there to place the detectors". We showed them results of testing that we'd already completed, and said we were ready to proceed with installation of a Radon Mitigation system. We also gave them a one-page typed summary with questions and were told that we would be contacted for a next-level meeting to answer technical questions. That was eight days ago.
