I feel for my son and daughter in law and family. They went and purchased a boat with the hopes of using it the long weekend in August bringing it home they have the bearings go on one of the tires. My son called Olympic Super Center in Regina and they told him that they can’t do anything because it was sold as is so ok my son accepted that. Absolutely terrible communication & service . I was told a week to do a repair & was never called to be given an update. I reached out 6 times over the 3 weeks it took to repair. If they would have told me 3 weeks to repair at the beginning fine but not once was I ever updated. Was told they had to fix 1 thing …Then went in to pick up my Boat was floored by the charges as they fixed stuff they didn’t tell me about! Completely no respect for their customer !
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. Ordered a part was told 2-3 days delivery aver 6 it wasn't in so ask3d for a refund. It's now been 1 1/2 weeks and I keep getting the run around . Some one else will need to do that, don't know how to to that. Program for that not working,I'll get that done right away...I have heard them all.never again will I us3 this place...EVER!
Very disappointed with quality of service. Sent in all paperwork requested and heard nothing back. Sent a txt for an update and was asked to send more information. Asked what was needed and heard nothing back. I will never set foot in those doors again.
Went there for the play structure. The kids had fun!
