THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! Never returned my $2,000 deposit. Called and called and called, but they never called back. Stay away! They will steal your money!
Horrible Customer Service at Olympic Pool in Saddle Brook, NJ! I came in first thing in the morning, I stood at the counter for 5+ minutes. Three (3) workers each looked at me and not one asked what I needed! I will never go again, I'd rather go further and get better customer service!! I went to State Fair in Belleville! Mind you I was acknowledged as soon as I came in through the door and got what I needed in less than 5 minutes!
After some miscommunication, we have solved our issues and are satisfied. Thank you.
Honesty – After reading Michele's review, I believe she contradicted herself. In her first sentence,she stated it was a rip-off and in her last sentence she stated to go for the extra few dollars. So, which is it? Her review can't be validated in my opinion. She hasn't mentioned any specific mistakes that they made. She should have reviewed her comments before posting it, before trying to ruin someone who has reputable reputation. I have to truly say that my experience was a great one. Wonderful Experience – We recently were in the market for a swimming pool and after researching numerous companies we decided to choose Olympic Pools. They made us feel comfortable from every aspect of the project (from sales to completion). The staff was very informative and our pool turned out great!
