I have been going to the FLANDERS NJ store for the past 2 years for my supplies and I trusted these people. Big Mistake!!! I kid you not. They offer "pool opening". What that entails is $40.00 of chemicals and $210.00 for them to pour it in. They never told me that. I thought they were going to vacuum it out as well for that price so sounded like a good deal. I would strongly suggest you avoid this business as at all costs. They do not stand behind their products. I purchased a two way pool valve from them last year which cracked in less than a month. I then purchased two more of these valves before finally deciding to ask for a refund. Each valve eventually cracked in the same spot from normal use, with the last one being cracked before I even purchased it. Upon asking for a refund, I was "greeted" with by lady who was very rude and abrasive. She made me stand around for twenty ... read more
