I bought my pool from there 20 years ago. It held up very well and had a new liner installed 3 years ago. I was up there today for help and the man behind the counter acted as if i was bothering him. Very dismissive. However most every other time they were very helpful.
Very poor service! Pool fell apart after just under 2 years. Nothing but problems since the day of install. Will not fix my pool even though under warranty. Told me to call home owners insurance.
Purchased pool with them and had them set up installation with there installer Jason Smith. Terrrible job installing and Olympic will not help to have done correctly. Say it is between us and installer even though there contracted installer or them will come out to look at.
I wish to express our complete and absolute satisfaction with Olympic Pools. From the moment we talked to Lou, a sales person with a warm personality, to the complete construction process of our in ground pool skilfully managed by Zake, our experience was excellent. Everything promised by Lou was masterfully implemented by Zake who is always a phone call away. There were no hidden costs, the personnel were professional and courteous, and the job was completed on time. Certainly, we fully recommend Olympic Pools.
