One year later and I still recommend this place with five stars. They are attentive, reasonable, and accommodating. The prices are some of the cheapest, and, they pay for water, sewer, recycle and garbage. You pay for internet and power. Seems more than fair.
Spoke with Elizabeth the manager. She was candid, reassuring, knowledgeable and explained everything. I could have never asked for a better leasing experience. The rent is some of the most reasonable in all of Kitsap County's 530 available listings for rent. Someone gave notice to vacate yesterday and I applied and was approved today. Before I was able to get in to sign documents two other people applied but were denied. Very competitive with any units going within 24 hours.
I love it here
