Dylan showed up on time and called prior to let us know when he'd arrive. Showed him the problem with the leaking outdoor faucet and he the job promptly. Replaced the faucet and pipe with new ones and it looks great. Did an excellent job in my opinion. I just have to repair the drywall in my garage where he had to enter to get at the pipe. I'm very satisfied with Olympic Plumbing. Very friendly and professional staff. Not cheap but no plumber is these days. 5 stars!
Rafaele was great to work with and explained everything very well and I am confident the results will be equally good. Rafaele bent over backwards to install a much needed pump and coordinate with my schedule. He was prompt and provided me with a temporary solution while I wait to get an electrician in. He just was fantastic to work with!
Rafael was great to work with: friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The quote he gave me to replace a garbage disposal was competitive with others I received. I would definitely work with Olympic Plumbing Technology again.
Super fast and friendly. They're professional onsite, personable, and reasonably priced. Gaige was helpful in keeping me informed of what was going on with our syster, what he was doing to fix it. They were able to keep the water on through their prep work, which is important because we have my disabled brother in the house, and got the water back on fast. I will definitely be calling them first for any future needs in the future. These guys were awesome!
Zach had to problem solve several challenging aspects of my sink and reverse osmosis install. He was very detailed, communicative, and up front with pricing. I would definately use this company again.
