Purchased enough garden mix to fill 2 4 x 8 raised beds they gave me more than I Purchased and at first was excited but not when I realized it's mostly sand and chunks of sticks rocks plastic pieces of glass I cut my fingers on been trying to salvage it by purchasing ammendments but it's pure garbage and full of poison I'm sure, the care taken with this so called raised bed mix is a joke now were stuck with a pile in our front yard out 300$ we're not well off and we're trying to be self sufficient nothing will grow in it the... read more

I used to love coming here to drop off my yard waste but now they make you wear a hard hat and safety vest. Seriously? Sorry for the attitude but it's just annoying enough to make me not want to come here.

I wish I wouldn't have bought three truckloads of the garden mix. Upon closer examination it was filled with plastic. At first I thought I could pull out the bigger pieces or not worry about it, but if you look closely you'll see that there's a piece of plastic in about every shovelful and the soil is lifeless. One dried up worm was the only sign of life I could find, not a single insect or creature would enter it. They need to tell people to pull over to the side of the entrance instead of blocking the entrance while paying.
