Customer service is lacking. Equipment is outdated. Prices are expensive and they nickel and dime you for everything. First and last time I patronize this optometrist.
I have been to various places for my eye exams/ eyeglasses. Hands down this is the absolute best place. Friendly and top notch quality service .They never disappoint . I recommend them highly. Update(11/11/2023) Received my eyeglasses in a very expedient timely manner. Dr Kooks exam is thorough and complete . Believe the reviews stating the care and time she gives each patient . Simply stated these eyeglasses are the best I ever had . She is on point. My appreciation and gratitude is beyond words.
