I had an appointment with Jolene on 5/14 and she was excellent. I previously went to an orthopedic doctor and was mis-diagnosed with frozen shoulder. She saw the mistake right away and ordered an MRI. I am so grateful to have someone actually listen to me and my concerns and to get down to the bottom of my condition. She spent as much time needed to be thorough and answered all my questions unlike the previous doctor who spent less than 10 minutes, didn't answer questions clearly and just shot me up with cortisone. The staff was kind and welcoming, and Dr. Broussard really took the time to listen and explain things in a way that was easy to understand. I left feeling well taken care of and very grateful for the experience. Highly recommend!
I've had a terrible experience with health care ever since COVID-19 I lost all hope in getting any help for anything I started treating Dr appointments like police investigations and protecting myself from that evil system I began to feel like. I have been fortunate enough to have Emma at all my appointments. Emma is personable, kind, caring and very compassionate.
