I had an appointment with Jolene on 5/14 and she was excellent. I previously went to an orthopedic doctor and was mis-diagnosed with frozen shoulder. She saw the mistake right away and ordered an MRI. I am so grateful to have someone actually listen to me and my concerns and to get down to the bottom of my condition. She spent as much time needed to be thorough and answered all my questions unlike the previous doctor who spent less than 10 minutes, didn't answer questions clearly and just shot me up with cortisone.
