A team of highly trained radiology professionals treated me with the utmost compassion. They went above and beyond in order to expedite my care. I can’t express how well they cared for me. Everything was explained, they were so patient with my questions and got everything done safely. Highly recommend!

This is a an edit of my original review. I had an xray that was done midday on a saturday. The Tech was very helpful and the xray had several views that lasted around 20 minutes. HOWEVER, by Tuesday morning there was no result or report in Mychart. I had an appt where the report would be viewed. I called and left a voice mail on the recording for radiology. How damn long does it take to get X-ray results? Serious? My X-ray was Monday. My doctor wanted them by Wednesday. I'm laying here in severe pain. I know she called and asked they be done by the end of today. I called yesterday and was told they're 2 weeks out. TWO WEEKS OUT?!?! FOR WHAT??? That's about the most asinine thing I've ever heard! I was treated very well by the xray tech for my right hand xray. Jason was informative with how the angle of each view was going to help the doctor with his diagnosis. He was patient and friendly. I like the longer hours of this imaging dept and the visit was much more pleasant than my last one at Jamestown for my left foot, where the tech was unhelpful and not friendly, and never explained what she wanted, just stood next to the equipment without telling me where to sit or stand.
