We cannot complain when you are for an appointment. Each patients have different needs. Sometime the time can fluctuate, but we need to have patients. I was called 20 minutes late and that okay. Dr Jay is a good one to see anytime Thanks
Always a great experience at Olympic Medical Centre. The reception staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating when it comes to booking appointments—whether it’s finding the earliest available slot or arranging same-day phone consults, they always try their best to work around the patient’s needs.
