Olympic Medical Centre in Cannington has been a really positive experience for me, especially since they’ve returned to bulk billing. Very bad experience twice.....first time went to see Dr Ghazala, she was so rushing and rude, asked me to book another appointment because I had few more questions. She literally said, 'Your time is up, to ask more you will have to book another appointment'. Secondly, she did cryotherapy on my right (dominant) hand without explaining the process of what to expect after the procedure. Just told me it will burn for 5 or 10 mins and then you will be fine. My wife and I originally had bookings on Jan 02 2026 and were told that due to unforeseen circumstances we would have to reschedule with the next available date being Feb 06. We complied and rebooked. We have now again been informed that due to unforeseen circumstances we will need to reschedule. How many unforeseen circumstances does this clinic have. We were going to be new clients but will now go elsewhere.
Hands down, Dr Kushan Rajapaksha is the absolute best! Very caring and truly exceptional. If you're looking for a GP who genuinely cares, look no further. Honestly, 5 stars isn’t enough for this doctor, i’d give them 10 stars if I could.
