Dr Gos is da bomb! Patient. Explains with drawings, the procedure. Time taken for healing. I’m very lucky to have had such an excellent doctor. He surgically removed a mole and within the next few days, called with results. Highly recommend him!
The doctor was great, but the reception service was unacceptable. I attended with my parent (who has private health insurance) and asked for an invoice with MBS item numbers. The invoice had MBS items left blank, and reception refused to fix it. Without the correct item numbers, we cannot claim from insurance. Very frustrating experience.
The doctors are great at tending to the needs of the patients,, however reception is lazy as anything I myself have tried calling a dozen times today in a queue of people and when I was finally 1st in the queue it hangs up after 15 minutes of waiting and I have repeatedly done this process today.
Olympic Medical Centre in Cannington has been a really positive experience for me, especially since they’ve returned to bulk billing. That alone makes such a difference, and it’s great to see a clinic making healthcare more accessible again. One of the standout things is how easy it is to get an appointment.
