Went in for a blood draw (semi new to the area), and am assured everything except vitamin d levels were covered. Living in Washington where there's not tons of sun, naturally vitamin d tests are a huge pain to get, and out of pocket is very expensive. I confirmed this with them multiple times. My referral has been on their desk for 45 days. I’ve called about 10 times and no one can get me scheduled. Very unprofessional and my injury is worse because of them dropping the ball. Very unhappy.
One of the concerns moving to Sequim was leaving Kaiser, I had 30+ years with them and it worked out very well. A few month ago I realized that my abdominal hernia had gone so bad that I needed have it repaired. It had gone 30 years since Kaiser repaired it on both sides. I got a referral to Dr. Skovgaard, I had a list of questions with me that he answered as he thoroughly explained the surgery.
