One star because staff of the emergency room was friendly and accommodating. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. It seems this emergency room is not equipped to handle amount of patients it is seeing. The waiting room is very small and uncomfortable( local clinics have bigger waiting rooms). I never seen inside of actual emergency room ward. All care I have received was in the waiting room and triage area. My initial conversation with physician was in the triage area, but all subsequent conversations were in the waiting room.... read more
I went here for extreme suicidal ideation and they were able to calm me down and give me the proper medication to keep me sane. I’ve been doing much better since then and I genuinely feel like they’re experienced in this type of thing, not just physical health issues.
My wife had to go to the er last evening due to a very high potassium reading from a lab test earlier that day. We were very pleased with every person who worked with and on her to get the potassium reading within range. As we recall, there were maybe 10 or 11 people who helped care for her. Thank each one of you.
