My daughter was recently very sick, we were treated with such kindness in the ED. They took our concerns seriously and made sure my sweet girl was comfortable and her fever and heartrate was stable before they would let us leave. They even called the next day to check on her! Shout out to Julianna, PA-C, Brittany, and Hannah! You Guys are so wonderful

The quality of care is hit and miss. It really depends on the provider you get, how long they have been out of school…. But the people at the front desk and in the billing office can be rude and difficult to work with. The billing seems unfair. I’ve had unnecessary and expensive procedures done in the emergency room that even at the time I’ve questioned and in hindsight didn’t made sense.
