Never go to the ER there. You will wait hours and hours and still be waiting to see a doctor. Even when you do they are rushed and make life threatening mistakes

This is just one of the multiple visits that have medical failed my barley adult daughter. Was there tonight 9/23 a 9/24. My daughter had complaints of severe head pressure, increased neck soreness, and feeling very lethargic most of the day. We were triaged very quickly and warned about the long wait. A few mins after we got there another patient came in with the exact same symptoms, fall with head pressure and neck soreness. Went in for a blood draw (semi new to the area), and am assured everything except vitamin d levels were covered. Living in Washington where there's not tons of sun, naturally vitamin d tests are a huge pain to get, and out of pocket is very expensive. I confirmed this with them multiple times. A couple weeks later, low and behold a bill for 400+$, I call and explain the situation... Apparently my Dr is considered too "functional medicine" to be covered. My referral has been on their desk for 45 days. I’ve called about 10 times and no one can get me scheduled. Very unprofessional and my injury is worse because of them dropping the ball. Very unhappy.
