Rude and unprofessional people that answer the phone. They have no knowledge of what customer service should sound like. Uncaring and argumentive. Patchy mowing as well. Do not recommend.
Only interested in the money. Cut the power cord to a part of my landscape lighting that was above ground, admitted they did it then refused responsibility. Salesperson was appalled with his own ownership. Cancelled all future business with them. Stay far away!
