I was a client for about a year and the service and attitude became increasingly confusing and strange. I asked to have some bushes trimmed down, they cut them down to within an inch of their life; I pay for the gutters to be cleaned out, they just got out my garden hose and sprayed it down until it clogged up at the exit point.
