I went in for a ring resizing. The woman was incredibly rude, insulted my ring multiple times, called it "fake" and said the resizing would cost $240. She was also very condescending about the whole thing and made it seem like I should just throw the ring in the garbage. I chose to do business elsewhere as you should.
