I had surgery and called the office for appointment only to be told that Dr Gross was retiring and now I have no one to see me. Without meds now. I’m sick. This is a crappy thing to do to the public. I trusted you. I even called before your deadline last fall.
Dr Gary Gretch has been a consistent advocate for my mental and physical health since the first time I walked into his office in the 90’s. He treated my late husband for many years as well. Each visit Dr Gretch asks, “Is there anything else?”. Anyone whom has needed medical assistance knows that question is quite rare. I feel as though anything I say would fall short in expressing my gratitude for the many years of care and time Dr Gretch and staff of Olympic Internal Medicine gave my husband and continue to give me.
The receptionist apparently do not want to answer the phone , after all it is their responsibility. Nothing worse than being ignored. Looks like it’s time to fire someone.
I think your experience depends on which doctor you choose. In the beginning i had high hopes that my complex medical issues were going to be adequately address. Unfortunately for me, my choice was very distressing and detrimental to my physical and mental health. I often felt unheard, not believed and disrespected. I receveived sub par recommendations.
