Both the installation, as well as the customer meeting with Neil to show us how to use our new salt water hot tub were excellent. Recommend Olympic for their service.
We were so thankful to Julio from Olympic Hot Tub Service for his very thorough and patient walk thru on our new hot tub, it's features and maintenance. He also went the extra mile to pick up our stair set and assemble and check to make sure I was comfortable using it. Thank you Julio and Olympic Hot Tub
We had Neil out for initial set up of our tub. I scheduled poorly and wasn't able to be home. Neil was super communicative by phone and amazingly was willing to call me after his work day and patiently go through maintenance protocol. Super generous with his time, very knowledgable and a really good dude.
Neil came out and did our orientation/setup and was great. Linda was our salesperson and was great too. Positive experience from A to Z.
Olympic Hot Tub is the best! We just purchased our second hot tub from them bc the quality and service is exceptional. First tub lasted 16 years! Our sales person is David in Seattle and he really helped sell the Prodigy tub. I love it! Neil came and did the start up and he was very patient with me 😊. I know we pay more for Hot Springs tubs but they are so worth it! And, from what I can tell, Olympic is a great company!
