Albert Robles is the most customer service oriented person I have ever worked with across all industries. He takes such great care with communicating and setting expectations, follow up and treats the property with such respect.
We love Olympic Hot Tub. We purchased a hot tub from there after having a terrible experience with another company in Seattle and it's been nothing but smooth sailing with Olympic, including their service department.
Julio was just wonderful, we so hope he’s available when needed in the future!

I thought my Hot Tub was toast. Olympic Hot Tub sent a tech, a honest, knowledgeable guy named Guerrin. I’m back enjoying my spa again. And these guys are not as expensive as the competitors. 5 stars all day.
