We have been customers of Olympic Hot Tub for over thirty years. We recently bought a new tub to replace our 20 year old tub (which had served us well.) Both Ben and Neil, our salesperson and our delivery/setup technician, were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to deal with. We highly recommend Olympic Hot Tub and continue to be satisfied customers.
We received a defective breaker box, yet Neil and Dan did everything they could to get our new hot tub hooked up. These guys are pros and couldn't have tried harder and all the time with great attitudes. Thanks Neil and Dan for your over-the-top efforts and your friendly help.
