Ken did a great job and fixed a couple of things I hadn’t noticed. He kept me informed by text of when he would arrive. This would never have happened if I purchased a hot tub from Costco.

Neil, setup technician, and rest of team at Olympic did a great job handling setup and some other issues that occurred during delivery and installation process. He took the time to diagnose and deliver everything to get tub going and ready for use. Would definitely use them for work again and if you're lucky, you'll get the pleasure of having Neil do your service!
