Russ did a fantastic job on the clean, drain and refill service. He was professional, responsive, on time and kept me updated through out the entire process. After the service, the 6 year old tub looks new and I couldn’t be happier. 100% recommend Olympic hot tub company for their sales and service.
This is our go-to place for all of our hot tub water care needs. Most recently, sales associate Carl Peters provided us with friendly, helpful information as we prepare to replace the lid on our "vintage" hot tub. He took time to listen to our situation and helped us determine the correct lid measurements. When it's finally time to get a new spa, this is where we will go!
Thanks Ken and Joe for your great customer service today and technical knowledge of our installation. Our cover came, you installed it, explained how to operate it, and even pointed out a damaged piston hinge with a clear explanation of the issue and how it would be remedied. Overall I appreciated the confidence in what needed to be done and how you went about your job!
