I just rented a storage unit and I had call and talk to Dodi the storage manager. My wife and I went and talk to Dodi about the the prices on the different sizes of the units. She was real helpful and answer our questions. We rented a unit and she explained the contract before we sign. Dodi explained about the part about being late on the rent. We found her real informative and rent the unit. She went out of her way to let us know everything.
I will be reporting them to the better business bereu and the attorney general as well. Updated 11-05-2024What a horrible experience: If i could give them no stars i would.
