My experience with HVAC systems is that they always seem to break on weekends. I called Olympic at 4pm on Sunday. They not only answered the phone (not an answering service like most) but said if we can wait until first thing Monday morning it would save us money. They said they would be out between 8:30 and 9am. At 8:29 Monday morning I get a call that he’s 15 minutes away. Very friendly, professional and super prompt! In summary, Olympic Heating & Cooling were wonderful to work with when my brother’s ancient A/C unit quit over Memorial Day weekend. You won’t regret hiring them to help with your A/C problems. Here’s why . . . . my brother called me AFTER he signed a contract with a different company. I googled them. They have poor ratings on-line and lots of complaints of bad business practices logged with the Better Business Bureau. Had an air conditioner emergency. Memorial weekend and a Sunday. Called Gus and left a message and had a return call within 30 minutes. Was at our home within 2 hours. Showed my husband exactly what was wrong, assured us that our unit was good but gave us a lot of information on how to keep that way. Professional, efficient and reasonable priced. Would recommend Gus and his company over and over again. And his wife and I had an amazing conversation while the men did air conditioner stuff.☺️

After calling multiple A/C shops in the area to get estimates I was so relieved to find Gus and his crew. Gus is honest to a fault, very professional and priced very fairly. I had 2 other AC companies tell me my AC ducts were shot and needed replaced. He was the only one to see the air ducts for what they truly were. Almost industrial grade metal air ducts with insulation around them and it was the insulation that was looking old and tired and giving the illusion that the air ducts were bad.
