Park literally anywhere else. Do not give these folks your money. One of the trashiest and most neglected garages in downtown. This place is awful, warn down, and the stairwells are never maintained. It is a humiliation ritual parking here for work everyday. I hate this garage. Y’all need to hire someone who takes care of the litter and extensive graffiti.
The parking barriers in this garage are not properly secured to the ground, which creates a serious safety hazard. One of the barriers became lodged underneath my vehicle, leaving me unable to exit without dragging it out. As a result, my car was stuck and blocking traffic for approximately 45 minutes while I attempted to get assistance. What when no way
I have parked at the Olympic Garage several times while staying at the W hotel. Never any issues, the garage is clean and safe in my opinion. I had a question about a charge and the manager was very quick to answer my question.
