Amazing, safe parking garage. Very reasonable pricing for downtown seattle. And the staff are great. Especially Hamidu, nicest guy who will brighten your day.
Paid $65 for valet at the Seattle W expecting my car to be safe — it came back damaged. On top of that, I was billed incorrectly during my stay. Staff told me it wasn’t their issue because I had left the premises. Completely unacceptable. I’ll be sharing my experience on all review platforms and consulting my attorney.
Don't park here, I had my catalytic converter stolen.
Terrible security. None at all. My car was broken into, lock was popped. Stole everything. No cameras. Employees don't care. New ownership by hotel across the street?? I park for hospital contract. I'm paying monthly. I dont feel safe.
