SAFETY WARNING- my car was broken into. Items were stolen. No security and no cameras. Police don't help either!
Garage is cramped and had a very specific smell of foul industrial chemicals. Giving it 5/5 because this flooded me with a wave of Nostalgia for the years I spent living in New York City. Would park and sniff again.
Park literally anywhere else. Do not give these folks your money. One of the trashiest and most neglected garages in downtown. This place is awful, warn down, and the stairwells are never maintained. It is a humiliation ritual parking here for work everyday. I hate this garage. Y’all need to hire someone who takes care of the litter and extensive graffiti.
The parking barriers in this garage are not properly secured to the ground, which creates a serious safety hazard. One of the barriers became lodged underneath my vehicle, leaving me unable to exit without dragging it out. As a result, my car was stuck and blocking traffic for approximately 45 minutes while I attempted to get assistance.
