Installers were a bit rude and made a mess in the house dragging old carpet and pad, not to mention snow and dirt tracked through. On the bright side they did do a nice job.
Olympic Flooring has a very friendly staff. I had contact with 4 different individuals as we prepared to have carpeting removed and replaced. All were super friendly, welcomed questions and were very professional. They scheduled the install quickly! On the scheduled day they arrived promptly and were very efficient with attention to detail. We are very pleased with the total experience and without a doubt would contact them in the future for any other flooring projects. Great job on the Wilkins Avenue install!
Ordered a carpet through one of the big box stores and had it installed by Olympic Flooring. The men that came to the house were early (which a family with little kids) is great. They were very professional and even interacted a little with my 15 month curious son. Our room is larger that the carpet ordered and we were worried about any seems, my wife got down on the floor and after a few hours still can't find the seem.
