Friendly people, good equipment. I feel it's the best gym in Duncan
Nice variety of machines and free weights. Overall a very practical gym, so it may not be good for people who want a big city gym with a juice bar and yoga classes. However, it will certainly do the job if you need a place to lift or run. Main reason for the 5 stars are for the guys who run the front end. Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They always make me feel welcome and they have given me excellent guidance in my fitness journey.
I moved from the Mainland two years ago, where I used to pay $28/month—half of what I’m currently paying at Olympic. Despite the higher cost, the facilities here feel more cramped, with limited washroom space that often smells bad when someone uses it. That said, the people and management are friendly and respectful, which I really appreciate.
