We've never had an oil furnace before and we accidentally ran out of fuel. They were able to come out the next morning and not only got us filled up but also showed me how to reset the furnace AND found a false wall that makes getting to unit much easier.
Excellent company, excellent customer service. It's a pleasure to do business with them - cheerful, prompt with delivery, extra-helpful with special requests, five stars all around.
The people at Olympic Energy are wonderful. I inherited their heating oil services when I bought my house a few years back and have been very pleased with them. They are always so friendly when I come in. I will continue to be a client and recommend them to all who have heating oil needs.
I cant say enough about the customer service at Olympic Energy. I spoke with Zach and he took the time to provide me all of the information and answered all of my questions. He even followed up the following morning. They were able to help me get the furnace going on a very cold day and I am very appreciative. Highly recommend and will be using in the future!
