I have been working with Jamie Stowers, a broker at Olympic Crest Insurance, who is friendly, professional, and very efficient. She helped my husband and me with our health insurance, which was somewhat complicated, and helped us get the best coverage. Jamie also helped our 20-something year old son with his insurance needs. Then, some questions came up and Jamie quickly came back to me via my email queries. I can't recommend Olympic Crest enough!
I made an appt for insurance information 2 weeks ago with Nancy Giacolone; I came home from vacation early to keep this appt, I also made sure I was not working this day; I prepared all morning for this appt at 1pm, but at 11am in the morning Nancy called and cancelled; the reason given to me was she had a group meeting this afternoon. I asked if she could see me earlier or later but she said no. I must give 24 hr notice before canceling my appts., I think this is very poor customer service.
