If I could give this car service 0 stars I would. They have contract with clinics for patient transportation. They were extremely late, by a whole hour with no call. Then when I call have the audacity to have an attitude and a stupid excuse. Disgusting people with horrible customer service. Complete disregard for people’s time.
Worst service ever. Very rude and ignorant people
Worst car service in the planet. They suppose to pick up my mom after an eye surgery at 380 2nd Ave #1000, FL 10, New York, NY 10010 and they end up taking another patient who didn’t even order transportation. Now we have to wait another 30mins in the cold but when they arrive they expect us to jump in the car. First confirm to make sure you taking the right person before you end up taking anybody home!
