Olympic Car Service is superb. I like that I can book a car days before my trip and know that the driver will be on time, courteous and helpful..
had a 930am pick up to go to the doctor I called numerous times and asked were is the cab the person I spoke to was rude and just said they are on the way my appointment was for 10am the cab arrived at 10-05 am so I had to cancel a very important doctor's appointment I would have given them 0 stars but you can only apply 1 star will never use this company again
The agents or rep at this service are very rude , have a nasty tone when speaking to elderly and no patience for the customer
I can honestly say this is the worst car service I have experienced. Please save yourself the headache and time wasted. Also trust the one star reviews. They are extremely rude and lack professionalism.
