I can honestly say this is the worst car service I have experienced. Please save yourself the headache and time wasted. Also trust the one star reviews. They are extremely rude and lack professionalism.
Slow service and a rude staff. I’ll avoid using them ever again.
Extremely rude. I’ve been waiting an hour for a cab, was told “oh well you’re going to have to wait 20 more minutes”. Not only do they speak in a condescending tone, they hung up in my face. Both the man & woman are always yelling when they contact passengers. I am disabled and in pain & they have zero remorse. The car I came in wasn’t even the car they said it was & it smelled like cigarette smoke. I Will NEVER use this unprofessional service ever again. I suggest you think twice before you do as well.
