Extremely competent – Bill has always figured out the problem the first time and you can trust that he will warranty his work. I really don't have a basis to compare prices to as I don't get multiple bids for auto work, but I wouldn't mind paying Bill a little bit more knowing that I can stand by the final product. Just to be on the safe side (I heard this advice from the mechanic I use in Dallas), I would always ask Bill for a quote beforehand.
Honest dependable Automotive Service – Bill, the owner is friendly, honest and dependable. Anytime we have been into the office the service is quick, dependable, fair and honest. Fantastic Service – Both locations on 29th street are EXCELLENT for service, price, customer care and downright niceness. The Quick Service Center is QUICK on oil changes, inspections and general car upkeep. They also listen well and can ID what might be causing a problem. The speed, quality of service, and price are superb. The mechanics at the auto repair service center are genius detectives for figuring out problems and fixing problems--also at a great price and with excellent customer care. Honest. Friendly buisness – What a wonderful experience as a single young woman to go to a mechanic and "just know" they are not trying to ripp you off. Bill was very friendly and honest, and still half the price of the "other guys." I would strongly recommend them for any auto work they perform.
HONEST People – Went to have a used car inspected. Got me in right when I pulled up. Took 10 minutes max. Saved me thousands, from purchasing a "rigged" used car. And they didnt even charge me!! Thanks guys!
Going here for generations – My family (and now my family's friends, co-workers, teachers....) has gone here for years. Buzz and Bill are not only great at what they do - but this is a no frills business. You may walk into Olympic thinking you need a $500 repair only to be talked out of it by Buzz and Bill.
