I had a bill with them, I mailed back a hardship application as I don’t have $5000 to cover that fee. They never sent me a bill after that, never sent me any further information and sent it to collections because of unpaid balances that I didn’t even know I had! Now they won’t even help me to resolve it out of collections for their lack of communication. How are you supposed to know you still have a bill if they don’t send anything?

December 13, 2025 I called 911 because of some sense that I should when my husband had been awake all night with what he thought was heartburn. The EMTs saved his life that day, deciding to take him in the ambulance, getting him first to OMC and hours later transported to UW in Seattle. Now he’s one week post surgery, recovering at home. Thank you OAS!

I want to give a shout out to the blonde young lady that kept me comfortable during my episode. For the tall gentleman that kept being rude and made me feel uncomfortable, don't treat people unfairly just because they live in low income housing. We are not all on drugs. You need to get some people skills. You might want to consider a new job, maybe a jail officer.

They are nicer than the other town I lived in most of them are very passionate about what they do and are very soothing during an emergency, but sometimes a few will assume you are a tweaker even if your very obviously not and that can be really uncomfortable.
