Accurate and careful service. Fabulous counter. Cannot even find the seam. Would use them again without reservation.
Counter was cracked and the installers pointed it out as soon as they placed it..and then when we went up there, the manager wanted to talk with us. It felt more like an interrogation rather than an apology. It sounded like they had an agenda. They seemed to suspect the delivery/installers. They kept acting like they wanted us to confirm their suspicions. That’s not what we did. I don’t know who it was that cracked it, but we had no real solution offered. Had a great experience with Olympia Stone! Emily was wonderful to work with and everyone who was a part of our project was kind, professional and did a high quality job. Would not hesitate to recommend them or use them for another countertop project. We love our kitchen counters!
We worked with Laura Burtner at Olympia Stone. She listened to us and directed us to exactly what we wanted. Everyone at Olympia was extremely professional, polite, and on-time! Laura scheduled our work efficiently, with electrician, plumbers, installers, etc. Once the initial prep was completed, the full tear-out and installation went quickly.
