I appreciate that there is a sporting goods store in Indiana; however, the staff need a little more training on sports equipment. The kid who helped us didn't know anything about baseball gear. While we were in the store, 3 other people came in looking for help picking out gear for their kids, and they were not helped. We figured it out ourselves. When I got the helmet home and took the sticker off, I realized the "sale price" was $5 MORE than the MSRP sticker it was covering up.
Very expensive and limited inventory, especially with sizes.
This used to be my go to place to buy clothes for my son. Now they never have his size. He wears xxl. He is tall and stalky. I asked the one sales clerk and she told me they never know when they will get shipments in. And if I order online I cant get the deals they offer in store. I even sent email to customer service on the online site. No response. This is rediculous. Its not the employees fault. They are always friendly and helpful.
