We were traveling and our dog ate some of a chocolate bar when we were stopped for a bite. The folks at the ER got us in quickly and determined that they needed to make her vomit which was successful. We were recommended to call Poison Control who after getting all the details determined that hospitalization was not necessary. Dr. Miller and all the staff were professional, interested, and efficient. They kept us informed, gave us their recommendations, and listened to us. We got great care for our dog, highly recommended.

I cannot recommend the staff here enough for emergency pet needs! My fiancé and I are very anxious and careful with our pets' medical needs after a prior traumatic emergency visit (different vet) ended in the sudden death of our dog. The doctor said an exam was not necessary and that she would not want us to have to pay for an exam that is not needed. We will be visiting our primary vet after we g... read more

I had to take my cat Gretzky to his final vet visit last week. That being one of the worst days of my life I was probably clearly struggling, the staff were kind and respectful especially when I was thinking much slower than normal. They made sure the visit went smoothly and went over all the options for my guy. The only thing I will mention is I was given a different cost over the phone than when I got there. I am not mad about it but I think it is worth mentioning just so the people on the phone give the correct informatio... read more
