Over the past couple of days my cat had a concerning lump on her face/neck that was concerning and driving me into hysteria. I made my way to Olympia Emergency vet this morning and was met with nothing but professionalism and care. My cat was seen, checked, and taken care of all in a couple of hours. I could not be more pleased with the care my cat received. My cat means the world to me and although it wasn’t a critical life threatening issue, to me it was. Receptionist needs to be fired. Horrible customer service and very rude. She said they were going to wave the office visit and I can take my dog home. She then changed her mind and made me pay the fee of $200.
