**edit: As you can see, they continue to gaslight in their response. I NEVER requested medical care for the animal. I asked if they had resources for rehabilitators in the area and was given the cryptic answer of “we would need to evaluate it.” I was never told they ONLY offer euthanasia as an option until I pressed for an answer after they already took the bird to the back. Very kind and helpful
I just want to shout out the receptionist and team that worked this Saturday! I sat in the lobby and the interactions the receptionist had were nothing but kind and professional she had a way of calming down the people that came in with the most urgent issues and seemed so personable. The back staff was kind and efficient and made me feel heard when it came to issues I was having with my pet! Will definitely be back if my fur kiddos ever experience another emergency! Way to go team!!
