This place is just as bad as any for profit animal hospital. When you clearly convey you don't have the ability or resources to bring your animal in right at this moment, they will give you the most fear invoking and stressful prognosis. And they will not offer any solutions to you if you can't bring your animal there. On the evening of the 16th, my Shiba Inu escaped. I just wanted to send my praises and gratitude to Rick who found Renji, was so very kind in communicating and made sure he was alright. Rick assured me that he did a thorough look over of him to screen for injuries etc. I didn’t have my car so he walked all the way to my apartment complex and returned him promptly and safely. They were amazing. Highly recommended. I brought my mini aussie in last minute after another big dog mauled him. They were nothing short of spectacular. Every step of the way they were absolutely terrific. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for fixing my boys neck.
They took my cat back without even offering to let me be in the exam room, which really stressed my typically very calm cat out. The cost for very basic services was exorbitantly more than any vet I've ever been to, even for an emergency vet visit. To top it off the doctor never called me with my cat's xray or lab results, after I'd given them literally an entire paycheck. Pros were that I was seen immediately (we were the first people there), and the staff were friendly.
Had to bring in my mom’s cat to be euthanized. Everyone was very comforting and caring and made the process a little bit easier to deal with. Thank you!
