Our experience with Olympia Pet Emergency was wonderful. Everyone we interacted with there was so kind and went above and beyond to make sure we understood treatment options and what was being done to our dog. They made a nerve wracking situation much more peace-filled. I was able to call with follow up questions and was given clear answers to all my questions which I appreciated. Our dog is doing great and recovered fully.
Over the past couple of days my cat had a concerning lump on her face/neck that was concerning and driving me into hysteria. I made my way to Olympia Emergency vet this morning and was met with nothing but professionalism and care. My cat was seen, checked, and taken care of all in a couple of hours. Receptionist needs to be fired. Horrible customer service and very rude. She said they were going to wave the office visit and I can take my dog home. She then changed her mind and made me pay the fee of $200.
