Literally the best gym in Mississauga. I’ve been a member since 2023, glad I found the place
By far one of the best gyms, if not the best gym my wife and I have ever been too. Would take this over any commercial gym like GoodLife, LA, etc. The owner was also very welcoming and overall nice guy. Decided to go come here as the name and description of the gym is very intriguing and our normal gym is closed at the moment. We love the golden era of bodybuilding, as well as the hardcore/grungy looking gyms which this place definitely fits the description. Especially love the option of metal plates. Great equipment selection with a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable owner, Issac!
This gym has great prices, and their equipment is well maintained, they're always making sure everything is tied down, fixed and updated. Managementand owner is very friendly and he's a really cool dude. And the environment is very spacious. Even during rush hour it does not feel crowded and it's 24hrs!! Definitely recommend checking out this place.
