Olympia Moving and Storage = Olympia Moving Inc = Olympia Moving & Storage = My Chicago Moving. These people are horrendous. Initially, had a great experience but then they failed to response to emails/phone calls, and didn't show up on our moving day!!! Made our moving reservation in March and paid the depoit, for a move on June 30). Pick up from 2 apartments (was told no problem!), would be no issue with the elevator reservations, and then delivery to a different state. The team was pleasant, helpful and ensured my furniture all would get downtown securely. After my move I urged Olympia Moving and Storage to my parents who additionally hired them-and they had an excellent encounter. Overall an excellent encounter, I will certainly use my parents if I go again!
I was impressed by Olympia Moving and Storage Going - they made among the most stressful parts of going completely seamless. Caryn helped me schedule and organize the transfer, and quickly (and kindly!) Replied the million questions I'd leading up day to go. I had appointment but requested they come earlier if feasible. HUGE shoutout to Jose's group and he. Really type, and professional, effective. I could not have asked for team or a business to perform with.
