I spoke too fast! Horrible customer service, poor communication and professionalism. Such a waste of time.
Dealing with Olympic Mortgage was an incredibly disappointing experience. Despite months of correspondence and fulfilling every document request, the owner chose to cut off all communication without any explanation. When I raised concerns about the repetitive nature of our discussions and the lack of meaningful progress, my attempts to get a response were completely ignored.
