Their property management division values your money and their bottom line more than working with their customers to come to amicable solutions. They will resort to threatening you with legal action if you try to hold them accountable or ask too many questions.

Pizza Truck by Smiths Grocery StoreToday while dropping off some things at the Donation Box, I noticed the Custom Pizza Truck in front of Smiths Grocery Store in Southern Highlands Marketplace and went to order a Pizza. I have had it before and it is the best pizza in Vegas, as well as made with fresh scratch ingredients. I’m just fed up. I received a letter stating that my property is not in compliance with the landscaping bylaws. I’ve owned my property for five years now and the landscaping is the exact same upon purchase. My property was built in 2002 and the landscaping plan was approved when the home was built. It is the exact same upon that approval. If new bylaws are passed those bylaws should be for the new properties moving forward or if a resident decides to change the landscaping. Same issues as below, nothing gets handled and just gets pushed off. They want to send people around to take pictures of dead shrubs, but take angles from their car that dont show the living plant . Then want to fine you every 7 days if not handled but you don't get notices for 8-10 days after they are drawn up . They claim they have no control over the mail but you are held liable for the fines . They have a 2.3 rating for a reason and I highly recommend thinking before you buy a house in a area that is managed by them! Any... read more

Last I checked Vegas is in the desert and water should be managed. i work for a large community-conscious corporation that actually rewards us for doing projects at home to conserve water and energy, such as replace grass with hardscape. Our house has some of each and we were just told we have to plant 50% of the hardscape with bushes....that means more water needed! where is the logic? what is the point? please explain

Wish there were negative stars, because the don't even deserve one. They are a complete waste of space. Our entire community is being harassed by the rent-a-cops who couldn't find their own ass with both hands, a map, and a flashlight. Will be filing a complaint with the Nevada Department of Business & Industry for harassment and vandalism.
