I recently purchased a home from them with a closing date for August 2021. However they didn’t finish the house as expected. The house closed with no garage door, no cabinet doors and a lot of painting defects. The worst was they left electrical wires hanging in the basement which is a major construction failure as well as a safety concern for someone with small kids.
