Best gym in the north east, the equipment is amazing and the staff and other gym goers are very friendly. The place is just getting better.

Fantastic gym. Very friendly and welcoming. All levels of fitness welcome too. Plenty of classes and staff to support. Lots of new equipment and a great coffee/ juice bar in place now with outside seating too
Best facility I’ve ever been to. They have the best coaches I’ve come across and get the results you want. Coffee is also banging 😉
