Wish I would have used someone different! These people just push you through like a number. I’m having issues with my fireplace 7 months later but don’t want to call them so I can have them treat me like an idiot. The reason I had a new insert put in was to get rid of the creosote smell in my living room. I asked them to insulate around the new face plate to keep the smell out of the house. Great experience buying our new hot tub here. This location has a few more display models to check out then the Olympia store. The whole process was easy and the communication was great from order to installation. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience purchasing our hot tub. Elizabeth is incredibly knowledgeable about hot tubs. She helped us choose the right tub for us. She spent the time to really inform us of how the tubs differ and figure out what we needed. She was patient and answered all of our questions. We returned to have a water analysis. Kayla helped us with that. She is also incredibly knowledgeable about hot tubs and how to care for the water and hot tub. She is great to work with is very knowledgeable about the products she sells and takes as much time as necessary to explain answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend Olympia Fireplace and spas it has been a great buying experience.
