Excellent professional personal . Tough job and they never weakened Highly recommend this company.
Phenomenal experience. From walking in to the store and answering my questions to the final installation Elizabeth Dixon and the team were spectacular. Our existing fireplace had a lot of issues and she walked through all possible causes and remedies (even if it meant no purchase or work from them). Our new pioneer II is a house burner! I highly recommend them!
The staff was great to work with; unfortunately, the Ambiance 312 hottub has been a complete nightmare! The latest in the adventure is trying to drain it? The drain assembly was barely put through the wall and inside it is fussed tight, so forget trying to drain it. All of the other valves were/are very difficult to operate as well. I would seriously think about a different brand if you are looking!
I recently purchased a new wood stove from Olympia Fireplace and Spa. Everything went smoothly and as stated and working with Elizabeth Dixon was great. Thank you!
