Deana was extremely helpful, patient and her customer service is Amazing. I was having an issue and she was able to get it resolved without me having to make additional trips to the pharmacy. I watched her interactions with other customers that were not so nice and she kept her composure and still was able to deliver great customer service to them as well. Tyler was also helpful.
I've been on the phone entire hour calling this pharmacy it's ten pm on a Sunday & no will pickup, The store side manager JAMARI doesn't seem to car or too lazy to do his job basically said he could care less.
Went in at 11:35pm cause my dad needed his meds i gave the doctor the referral. asked if i could have them by tonight and he said he will see what he can do. I went and sat not even 10 minutes go and he calles me over sadly one was out of stock but the other i got. THANK YOU!!! love the Service
Never have medication, always confused, I get messages saying meds ready but they don’t even see the order!!! Stay away! Put on hold forever!!!
Do not buy any gift cards from this walgreens. I purchased 8 gift cards as holiday gifts for my family and they all have either been tampered with or fakes.
